New tariffs can create serious challenges for federal government contractors, affecting everything from material costs to pricing stability and supply chain reliability. This webinar will explore key ways tariffs impact contractors—and how businesses can proactively identify risks and implement strategies to minimize exposure.

Topics will include:

• How tariffs can increase material costs, create pricing uncertainty, disrupt supply chains, and lead to contract disputes
• Potential avenues for recovering tariff-related costs, including the role of contract type (cost-reimbursement vs. fixed-price), key FAR clauses, and the process for seeking equitable adjustments
