Termination—whether for default or for convenience—is a risk present in every federal contract, and understanding how to navigate it is critical for protecting your business. This webinar offers a comprehensive overview of the key Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses governing terminations, focusing on the crucial differences between terminations for default and terminations for convenience.
